Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is any problem in our product like torn of fabric or any defect or any other damage you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be placed at the time of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, you need to claim the complain of the product in front of the delivery man and ensure the claim by contact us in front of the delivery man please call our customer service in front of delivery man to obtain a Return Authorisation RA. After receiving, give the item securely to the delivery man and send us an email with image of delivery invoice and keep it for your proof of purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY

with all original tags and labels attached.
NOTE – Please check your product carefully in front of delivery man before receiving it.
After receiving no complain will be accepted.
REFUND
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
